No Feedback, Taking foreve

My husband was in a accident on the 21 Dec 2012. Luckily GSA was still open and they came and towed the car. We were informed that this was their last day and that they would reopen again in Jan. which i understood. I was informed they would run a quote that evening and send it to me to send to my insurance. I recieved my quote on the 31 Dec 2012. cause someone was too lazy on the 21st. Now my car more then a month in their shop the updates have been the same waiting for parts ect. my very 1st phone call i spoke to Mike who informed me that the damage wasnt bad and that it should be done in no time. well seems i'm still waiting. Ive left numourous messages for Sade or someone to call me back and give me a proper update and nobody has the decency to call me. When i call in the receptionist keeps telling me that everyone is busy like everyone and she cant transfer me. Am i ever going to get this car back??? My car hire is almost up and at the rate that u people are working i'm going to have to take my hired car in which leaves me with no ca
