I am shocked once again that Renault Route 24 offered me a "better" condition replacement Vehicle, they came unprepared, things missing on the vehicle (jack, spare tyre, etc), no service stamp or proof of service, the car not having being valed, front tyres not too good. If you cannot get a FULL SERVICE HISTORY vehicle from a Dealer then where can you buy a "decent" pre-owned vehicle?
I am unable to trust Renault Route 24's commitment to provide me (a single mum to a baby) with a reliable vehicle and therefore have once again requested that the deal be cancelled and the return of my Polo Playa but alas now I get told that they want to do a FICA, which should have been done at the begining of the deal. I am not trying to them, being offered a better vehicle that I am turning down, tells them its about the LACK of service not about me wanting to "GAIN" financially from this deal...
