My wife and I purchased a Renault Sandero from Renault Fountains in 2010, the vehicle over some time had funny marks on the paintwork, after bringing this to the attention of Fanus the DP and some struggle, he sent the vehicle to Scratch and Dent doctor to be polished and glazed, when the vehicle came back, I took it in to a dealership to trade it, it is then that more that one dealership pointed out defects on the vehicle or repair work, I brought this to Fanus immediately, after years of been given the run around and almost giving up, Pieter Badenhorst from their head office started dealing with this. I was then again given the run around, the vehicle was then inspected and I was told by Pieter that the vehicle will be repaired under warranty, they where then looking into a deal of taking another vehicle, this was a never ending process, at some stage early in July, they asked for the vehicle again, as they wanted another team to inspect it. Today I am told that they will not have it repaired as they find signs of repair work on the vehicle, which was my point at the beginning. I will never ever buy another Renault and deal with such a bunch of unethical people.
