I was promised (on the phone) they would send me an e-mail offering me a 6 month warranty on a battery I bought from them. I never received the e-mail, and the battery failed again (which is why I insisted on the 6 month warranty). They to me. This is a very poor attitude from a company that is well established and that I thought I could trust.
