My car battery died in October, i called AA and they sent someone out to replace the battery, being the so called specialists, the guy put a much smaller size battery in my car. In december my car battery died twice when i was out which inconvenienced me. I called AA on the 6th Jan, a guy came out and said he will report this back to his manager and send someone out with the correct size, nobody called. I contacted AA again on the 20th Jan, they sent someone out, this guy did not have the correct size battery, they sent another guy out the same day, this guy said that he and his supervisor is not sure what size my battery takes, this is flippen riducolus as the book says my car takes a 668 battery size. I called them on the 23 Jan, they said someone will contact me and nobody called. i really hope this is not the service you offer to all your clients. I just want you guys to come out and put the correct battery in my car thats all, how hard is that?
