On the 10h Jan 2014... I went to German Auto E-car for them to check the fault on my car... Which they did and after they identify the fault. I then made an Appointment with them for the Mon (13/01/14) On the 13th/01/14 I took my car for repairs and later that day after Calling several times I was told that they don't have the other part that was suppose to be replace on the car... They only have one, which I requested them to repair and was going to go else where for the 2nd part. To my suprise when I fetched the car nothing was done as telephonically agreed and they charged me for labour of the work not done.. I then took my car and the was a funny sound coming from the engen and when I confronted the guy named Michael he told me that he didn't cause the sound mean while the car didn't have the sound before they worked on it... He was arrogant towards me...
