I am really displeased with being a member of holiday club. I have a few issues that I need to raise as this is false advertising. Firstly my wife and I was promised a free coupon for any vacation place in SA and Mauritius where the accommodation was going to be free which was a lie. When I called the number on the card to register they told me that the accommodation was not free and we would have to pay in R89.00 and send the paperwork to them and also pay in at the place that we would be living, I feel why was I told telephonically that we would be getting a free accommodations? Secondly When I signed up I asked the guys at big time Travel are you registered with the place we go too and one of the place was or is Sun City. I called to get a reservation for Sun City where Gloria Poswa had a place available for me on the 15th April 2013 till the 19th April 2013 now when wanted to verify the booking I get told no available places and you guys are in negotiations with Sun City. I feel I have been hoodwink twice what if I want to go to international destination and find the same problem? I have two option you get me accommodation at Sun City or Reimburse me my full deposit I paid R2500
