I would personally like to know how SARS is going to handle this situation come financial year ending February 2014 when "their" tax payers are now claiming hefty refunds due to extreme billing via sms and demands from VPC (Sanrals collecting agency) when the numerous companies and business individuals basically have a sms to show as proof of payment since SANRAL cant provide legitimate invoices on request according to alot of complaints on here.
maybe a good step forward, get SARS involved as they ultimately run the financial world of RSA.
