I've crossed the line from disappointment to anger. In December I bought a case of Guinness beers (660ml) and the first two I opened (after allowing them to rest in the fridge for at least a day) bubbled over and spilled on the floor. No beer and a mess. I called their support number and they arranged to have them collected. I then heard nothing from BH for about 2 weeks. Eventually I followed up. I was told they'd get back to me about the problem. They didn't. I followed up again. Same promise, same failure. So I asked for a more senior person to contact me. This happened and I was promised a replacement case of beer delivered to my local liquor store- which I then visited twice on the supposed day of delivery- no replacement. It's now 9 Jan and still nothing. No word. Nothing. I am now angered by the fact that I have to chase this up again. Brandhouse either doesn't care about its customers or they are incompetent. I see on HelloPeter that others have had a similar experience. Appalling.
