As a Amstel lover, bought a case of Amstels for a braai with friends, just to find 3 bottles being less than half full but still sealed. Brandhouse was contacted, cannot remember the name of person. The bottles were collected by courier and I was contacted to let me know that I will receive a case as a replacement and asked as to where I would like to collect it! I indicated the Vinyard at Pick and Pay Complex Grahamstown and was said about 2 weeks and it will be here. Up to now I have not received anything nor a phone call! I phoned in November 2012. I think this is very bad service, firstly I only get the same amount that I purchased as a replacement, but nothing to compensate! What a terrible bad experience.
