On Saturday 25 January around 13h50 I went to gariep Bottlestore with 5 empty cases of 660ml returable amstel bottles. The Owner of the shop was only prepared to refunds me full price for 1 case and R10-00 for the other 4 cases. AsI only wanted to purchase 1 case of beer. She also insisted that I show proof that I purchased the beer from her in the past. What bull is this. When I purchased the case of beer no till slip was given to me.
Now I ask: What is Brandhouse going to do about an outlet that is doing what they want to clients and bullying them out of the rightful deposit of empty beer bottles & cases.
I also sent Brandhouse an e-mail during the week to which I have had no response.
Also I frequent Bethulie every 2nd week and they have now lost a client who tries to support local so no more purchases from me to gariep Bottlestore
