I resigned from Brandhouse and left on 11.02.13, which is over 6 weeks ago. I enquired from Alexander Forbes whether they are processing my retirement benefit and was told that Brandhouse HR only submitted my withdrawal request on 07.03.2013 4 weeks down the line and that the claim was rejected because there are documents missing which the Brandhouse HR team did not supply to them. What is going on here? why the willful and spiteful delay in the processing of my claim?
