On 13/11/2013 we engaged Mr Brendan Cavanagh from BG Customs, [Email Removed] cellno 0768527931, a representative of Balgotex Country Club managed by Mr Aiden Schrives, [Email Removed], cellno 0837930062, to install artificial grass at our home in Yzerfontein. Initial deposit of R6500 was made on 18/11/2013 and the job was eventually completed on 30/11/13 after numerous issues at the start including incorrect product issue from supplier. On completion of the job Mr. Cavanagh left site without confirming satisfaction of work. Upon doing an inspection we discovered he had botched the installation gluing much of the turf down directly onto sand, not cement, and had messed epoxy glue all over our stone pavers and the turf. The job was a disaster. Numerous calls were made over 3 weeks to get him to come and fix/replace/redo the work which Mr Schrives MrJ Mouton, Heyns Turf agreed needed to be done, however no response was given and all parties seem to have vanished. No refund or repair has been done and no attempt of resolving the issue has been made by BG Customs or Balgotex. All communication is available including pictures of job.
