DHL SA - 14days & still waiting for my goods!!

I paid a hefty sum to DHL a few boxes of urgent stock from Holland to Cape Town via AWB 9054301885.

Goods leave Holland on the 3rd April and the goods arrived in SA on 5th April (2days only - awesome).
I was notified on the 8th April only (took 3days to notify me and then still had to ask for an invoice to be sent).
I paid the same day and submitted proof to dedicated email address. Payment finally recognised on the 12th April (after numerous emails and calls that day to get them to admit payment could be seen by them). (4days to recognise payment)
Customs submission only made on 16th April (4days to submit to customs.).
Customs stop - out of everyones control!
Now 19th April - STILL NO GOODS (3 days since customs stop and counting!!)

Don't know how you still have a business. This happens to me EVERY TIME a DHL import comes in! My supplier has agreed to send via a different courier going forward as DHL SA is a nightmare.
