Bad service and incompitency

I have sent the registration forms in November 2013 when trading was opened and i called 0861686925 on the 26/11 were i spoke to Buyiswa Mandlazi who advised that she can't pick up my email from the [Email Removed] so i should send straight to her persnoal email which i did the same day and on the 27/11 i made a transfer payment as she gave me the banking details and send proof at 12:49. i called on the 12/12/2013 spoke to princess and advised there is a page missing which i need to do an affidavit which i did and emailed the form the next day @ 8:33 but still no feedback. Since then i havent received anyfeedback, i have been calling day in day out with no help, i even spoke to Princesses who promised to help but when i call back i always get told that she is on lunch.

from the 3rd January 2014 i have been calling the number but no answer at all only hearing the music playing.

please help Hello peter...
