I Phoned them around 28/29 January 2013.. Was told that a felt replacement can be done at a cost of R2500.00.I was willing to pay for good service from a company with experiences.. I only received a quote via email on the 04 March 2013. I sent a text message to confirm that the price quoted is all inclusive for new felt and installation with traveling.. Confirmation was given by Riaan that this was all inclusive.. I did an EFT transfer the day following my quote reception date..The job was done on 06 March 2013. I was at work the day and Riaan phoned to let me know that he found my residence. He told me he would be replacing the felt with "speed cloth" (not felt as per discussion and quote) Thy drove 180 km for the job so, i sad thy should continue. He phones me later to confirm completion and tells me of glue spill on the table. After inspection i was not satisfied. I called Riaan and explained my concerns. He agreed to redo the job on the Tuesday 12/03/2013.. I agreed to an extra levy of R1000.00 for new "Banks" for the table. Nothing heard from them. Took the day off work to over inspect.
