They say you'll pay R5.80 per toll if you are unregistered which they give as a viable option, but then firstly they act as if you have violated them by doing so and secondly they make the fee R17.40 per toll and that they do offer a discount of 60% if you pay it in 30days .. so that is still R10.44 instead of R5.80 their original agreement.. That is when you get the bill you wont be able to pay the original agreed amount of R5.80.
But oh i forgot they do have a grace period of 7 days so now you got to make a payment every week in order not to get the R10.44 per toll charge... That is if you can get a bill that link to your number-plate and ID on their VPC website and pay it online since the ques in their payment outlets is not moving even after an hour that is at the centurion mall e-toll outlet. So i'm unhappy because they did not, let me in on their unethical behavior of criminalizing their customers and adding hidden fees that you only realize once you get your final bill.

They really make me angry and i'm quite a peaceful guy. I'm just going to make full use of alternative routes from now on, and pray all their equipment get stroked with lightning and their system collapse.
