No staff to assist long queues

Customer are nt served, waiting on a queue for more than n hour n served by on person, no management on the floor or communication. sometimes the only teller will disapper n left without knowing if she wil n back or after how long we should wait before serving the next customer. This a call for corrective action both on management n services.
