I bought a sierra recliner which started loosing color 3 months after delivery. the state of the couch is as if it had been used for years, i logged the complain and they collected one couch to their factory office for assesment three weeks later the response came as "there is nothing we cant do because guarantee does not cover the fabric ", seriously??? im disgruntled and i feel cheated because its my hard earned money and a lot to me and i deserve a good service / product.
