I am writing this report on the be halve of my Father.
The beginning of 2007 myself and my Wife decided to buy Russell Hobbs products as the Quality and looks is top rated. With the kids out of the house buying the Russell Hobbs will keep us more than a lifetime, thinking so because the Applainces, that we current have is Pineware and the product is giving us no problems. From Kettle to Ironer and more was bought. The Ironer model number RHL102, gave us a problem but was swopped out immediatly. Also the Kettle Model number 3070 gave a problem, but was sorted out also. 2008 The month of May I bought us the Frying Pan model number RHFP02, this Frying is not working anymore. This is unexcapptable as a Frying pan that we received as a wedding present 27years ago is still working.
