On 10/12/2012 i purchased your lawnmower - RM-65P from Builders warehouse in Witbank. I used it for /- 20 min on 15/12/2012, when it just stopped, On inspection, ifound petrol leaking from the carburator bowl and the machine would not start again. I handed it at Builders on 4/1/2013 but was informed you only open on 7/1/2013. I have not received any update on my machine since - it has been 3 weeks since. My question - does it take this ling to repair a new machine? How come no feedback ito status of repairs - according to Builders warehouse, Witbank personnel - Sharon and Trudy - i have phoned them weekly for an update. This has resulted in me having to hire a lawnmower from Talisman at a cost of R385excl VAT. and i will probable have to do the same this week coming again just to keep the lawn in some state of control. Please reply via Builders or directly to myself. Will i purchade your products again - NO, NOT with this level of service and quality of product.
