My 52cc Brushcutter has been in for repairs at Builders Warehouse, Witbank, since 11/01/2014 on a warranty claim - procured on 30/10/2013. I have not had any feedback from either Builders or Ryobi - Stevens and co and had to hire in a unit to keep the grass under control. Do not know why RYOBI do not withdraw from the Garden equipment market, as I have has many concerns with their lawn mowers - replaced 2 x and failed again late in 2013 - procured new Brigs and Stratton unit, and brush cutters - replaced 2 x yet again and failed again. I will NEVER procure any Ryobi product again and will try my best to stop others from having the same problems I have had if I can.
