Public holiday on the 2nd of Jan 2014

Sell Direct contacted me for a cell phone contract in the beginning of December 2013. After finalizing everything on the phone I was told that the courier will contact me for delivery. I wrote them an email after two weeks to explain that I have not yet received the products. No response. The email was send after I could not get hold of the call Centre. After the delivery I was contacted to explain that I would be contacted for the activation of the contracts. Another week past and I had to contact them again. I was told that the person responsible for the activation was busy and I would be contacted as soon as they are done. This was Friday the 20th of December. Since then I have not heard anything from them. I even wrote them another email (no response again) I tried contacting them the 2nd of January 2014 and the answering machine says that it is a public holiday and no one is available. The 1st was a public holiday not the 2nd. Clearly this call Centre is behind.
