Christmas present stuck at JHB branch since 24th

Package TC210281266ZA was sent on the 21st of December 2013 via Speed Services with the promise that it will be in time for Christmas.

Unfortunately it doesn't even seem that it will be delivered in 2013, Package is stuck at the JHB branch since the 24th. The people at my local branch can't assist and no help is forthcoming from the customer service I contacted.
