After our first complaint on HP on 7 February 2013 I was contacted by a Capitec representative on 18 February 2013 to inform me money will be credited to my account to rectify debits/credits and sms notification fees. Another arrangement was AGAIN made for repayment of their mistake. Up to date and time NO credits have been passed on my account and NO PERSON at Capitec call centre have information or record of the call made to me on 18 Feb at 17h20. Really, is it so difficult to rectify YOUR mistakes Capitec? My account with you will definitely be closed and I will make sure all know how incompetent you are
