I made the huge mistake of opening a woolworths account approximately 3 months ago - I've had endless problems trying to rectify incorrect account information. The account was activated but information provided was never updated, even after a call from the accounts team. The incompetence is epic. In an effort to once again get the information corrected I made use of the contact option, needless to say that I'm still waiting. I wonder if I will get some reaction if I stop paying my account?
