Hi Had a loan which i paid of earlier than i should have, now im requesting a paid up letter from you and i keep getting these automated email telling me that i should phone the customer services line.

Im NOT spending anymore of my money phoning after you, i need a paid up letter ASAP!

I cant see what the problem is, the money is paid and i need this letter for legal reasons.

Please get back to me.

PS... your website is not user friendly AT ALL, took me a while to just get the contact info.
