I have been trying to get a letter stating that I have made payment arrangements with this company for a Cellphone contract I had with Bayport. I have sent all the required information and payment date with my bank details. I have advised then that the letter is required by my new employer in order to be considered me for employment I have sent email to the [Email Removed] requesting that they assist me with this matter. I was told I would received the letter with in 24hrs I have not received anything as yet
