I booked an appointment at Lonehill Sorbet for my daughter & I to have pedicures together as it was my birthday. I was 5 min late due to traffic which was my fault but when I did get into the store at 5.05 I waited and waited for service. When I eventually got served it was 5.15 and the receptionist told me they could not give me a normal pedicure as I was so late but they could give me a teen pedicure. I told them that I wanted the full pedicure & if they did not finish it in time it would be ok. But I was only willing to take off 5min as I was only 5 min late. The receptionist then said that would be ok. Brenda then came to the desk and was busy looking in the appointment dairy & I said to her can we get started as we will be even later. She then rolled her eyes at me as said PICK A COLOUR in an abrupt tone. I told her not to worry & that I would not be doing any pedicure with her. I told my daughter that she could carry on while I waited for her. Not even a sorry from anyone or maybe we got onto the wrong foot or having a bad day, let us forget about what just happened. No management in the store, no customer service, no friendly smile NOTHING!!! I will never go again!
