Went to Kaz's Corner - for Gel nails - I am a laymen when it comes to this type of nail procedure. Phoned for prices was told a gel colour on toes would be R120.00 was charged R165.00? I would expect that if I had taken the time out to enquire and made it clear that I knew nothing about the gel procedure that you would explain to a laymen like myself in detail? I arrived at the salon for the first appointment - explained that I had seen the nails on a relative and they looked lovely - I was sold on the gel idea - I have been doing Acrylic for years. Sat with the nail lady and told her my whole process of coming to the gel nail concept. She said she understood. I even asked what two nails with nail art would be extra - I had them done and left making another appointment as I said that the nails where not long like my relatives - I was told it is because I had to come back in two weeks time to have them built up for length and that they could not do this the first time around. I believed this??? Stupid me. Overcharged and spoken to by the owner with disdain and contempt the owner made loud comments about me being "stupid" within earshot. rolled her eyes etc. 2nd app same thing!
