I was a Trainee Banker student at Guarantee Trust in July-December 2012, whereby the National Treasury grants Development Bank of Southern Africa funds through Jobs Fund for Recruitment companies to train graduates to become be qualified as Trainee Bankers and ensure that they place them. In numerous occasions the management (Lannea) ensured us a 100% placement and that even if we are not placed immediately they guarantee us a placement. I attended the training loyally so and now a year has gone passed by without a placement. Please kindly help as this is frustrating, I mean I graduated in September 2012 thinking that I will be placed and now this.
