I contacted the after sales department around the 15th of January 2013.with regards to a portable aircon unit under a paid extended warranty. Still to date i am waiting on anyone form Tafelberg to contact me in this matter after 2 emails and a phone call to there non exsistant customer service helpline. After my final attempt to make contact today the ONLY response i got was... wait for it... "we will get them to call you back"... i mean the service at a state department is better and faster... there at least you know who will be calling you back... I as was referred to make use of tafelberg by friends and i can assure you the bitter taste in my mouth would definitely utter bitter word of dismay toward the lack of service urgency...
