Had enough

I responded to an ad in the local paper to install a solar geyser for R600. i payed the money in december 2012 to an office in Umhlanga, Phumbali trading, when i had no reply from the company, i went back to the offices in the end of july 2013 and cancelled the application. I was told that i will be refunded within a months time, this never happened. i even contacted the CEO Mr V Reddy who promised me that i will be refunded but this was another lie. i spoke to suezan from xinergy who told me to give her till the end of november and i will recieve my money but this was also another lie. its now a year thats gone by and i have not recieved any refund or even a geyser.
