Suntank -unacceptable levels of service

Suntank have failed to fully install the a 100Lt solar geyser since last week Wednesday. The first attempt the geyser was installed without the panels, and not connected to the electricity. An electrician was sent out on Saturday to try and rectify the problem but was unable to. I contacted the company (spoke to Graeme Brown) on Monday morning and demanded my money back. I was asked to give them one more chance to fulfil their obligations. I agreed on condition that if the geyser was not installed by the close of Business today (Tuesday), they would refund my money. They have failed and i have per agreement demanded my money back and that their geyser be removed. A Jessica Card has since sent an email to inform me that a refund is not possible. I will be posting my experience on every social network possible, as well as taking this up with the consumer council. Beware of people who ask for payment upfront. its a reflection of the service that follows
