My husband and i saw an advert for xinergy, installing solar geysers for an amount of R600 in the local news paper asking to make payment to nearest branch in Umhanga, trading as in conjunction with Phumbali Trading and services CC. we decided to respond and made payment of R600 to xinergy on 03/01/2013 on my husbands name Shane Thaver and documents were signed by Phumbali Trading and Services CC (031) 5662927 at the office at umhlanga. up till this date no phone calls have been received and no installation. We want a refund made back into our account for false advertising.
