After my December Holiday i arrived at home and found my solar geyser 's circulation pump is not working. I have installed the geyser in May2013 and it has a 3 year workmanship guarantee and 5 year warranty on the product. I have reported the pbm on the 4th of January. Till date About Solar has only came out once to my house to determine the problem and since then i had no feedback what so ever. Currently i have to use the element on the geyser which are obviously costing me more money. It is today 20 day's since i' ve reported this problem.
