This woman has an attitude problem that needs to be seen to, maybe she was just having a bad day but I found her extremely unpleasant and unwilling to be of service, she ignores questions in emails as well. Also it wouldn't hurt to begin emails with a 'hello' followed by the person name and end it with a 'regards' followed by her name. Do all your employees send emails like Marian Ruiters does? It's not professional. I mean at the very least put your company name and contact number at the bottom of emails.
