Top design - [URL Removed] professes to be a company that can help register a new business the fastest and most affordable - however the service delivery is pathetic and so are the people who do not come back to you with any answers and are rude!!! The sum of R2500 was paid for the selected package. I needed to have our money refunded!!!
We requested and paid for a new PTY to be registered on 05 Nov 2013. With only confirmation of the Name being reserved and every call or correspondence was met with unfavourably.
Ferny went on leave without telling so even though we spoke to her on the last day, Eunice tried to help but kept saying that they are waiting for CIPC and the last resort was rude Bongiswe who did not want to give me the owners Alex & Ferny's contact details because they were on leave. If I wanted my money back - she said I had to wait for Alex & Ferny to come back. They were closing for business 20 Dec and reopening 06 Jan... very bad responses from this company... I don't recommend them being used.
