After all the threats via smses and calls i have received from this company, i finally managed to close off my FND CREDIT CARD account, i have called and send emails, she reads my emails and not get a time to respond or maybe she is ignoring me, all i am asking is them to send me settlement letter, am i asking too much? instead of my emails being read and not answered to, this is bad service
