I have sent 3 emails to sanlam's email given on the their website for someone to contact me about investing in unit trusts, since monday i have had no response, i called the call centre and they keep on putting me through to the wrong extension or give me the incorrect number to call and then i get attitude because i phoned the wrong department. All i can say is i am very disappointed in the service and feed back response for a reputable company you would think they would be more professional, i will now take my business to a company that will actually return my calls/emails.
