I moved to the Southern Suburbs and started going to another salon due to convenience. Although the stylist I went to was good, the salon itself felt like a factory churning out clients -I had the impression I was just another walking wallet.
After almost a year, I changed my career and have more flexible working hours which has allowed me to go back to Spoilt. When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist remembered me. When I walked into the salon I was welcomed back by Neville (a gentleman and absolute gem!) and the team greeted me as though I had never been away - it felt like going home!
The boutique salon is beautifully decorated, it is elegant and chic and the staff are friendly, polite, professional and caring! My stylist Shoneez who is also the owner is absolutely amazing and my hair has never looked better. I am thrilled with my decision to return and can highly recommend Spoilt to anyone who is looking for world-class stylists who are absolute professionals but wonderful to be around.
