Enquired about a one way bike trailer hire from Cape Town to George ( [URL Removed]
Was told they cant help me and that I need to hire a trailer for R280 per day for 3 weeks (more expensive that most places). When I reminded them that the website advertises a one way service and that they need to explain this to me, I was greeted with attitude and told that they have enough trailers in George and not sending another one. The lady that picked up the phone were rude and wanted to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. When asked to speak to the owner or manager I was told that they have 7 owners in JHB and I cant talk to them. I was again told that they don't want to help me. I replied that I will post this shocking service on Hellopeter and were told that's fine with them. Pathetic service!
