I am not one to complain, let alone write about it - But I am extremely disgusted in the service and product that we receive from D A Upholsterers in Milnerton.
Denzil Came to our house to collect our " L " shaped couch for re upholstery, When he got to us, we explained in detail what we were looking for in our couch, We then opened up our couch to see how it was made, terrible job, in saying that Denzil looked and said we must not worry he will do a stunning job for us, He let us know that it would be ready the following Wednesday, Wednesday came and no couch nor a call we then went to go look at our couch a few times where my husband had repeated over and over what we wanted. what needs to be replaced ect. Our couch was eventually DUMPED at our house yesterday morning, Nothing was done as promised, The couch has been stuffed with pillow stuffing instead of high density foam, 2 different grains of leather as well as colours were used, four feet are missing a placed untidy, stitching is all over the place, what a disappointment. I cannot believe that it took this long for just a disappointing result. :(
