Re: the report below from Louispret dated December 2013.I am in a similar situation having ordered and paid a 50% deposit at the start of November 2013.The trailer was agreed to be ready by 13 December 2013. Since then there has been an endless story of false promises & delays. I had ordered through Trailer City Randburg with Engelbrecht building the trailer. This is cutting a long story very, very short. No trailer yet! Awful!!!

On 17October I ordered a trailer from Engelbrecht trailers. They told me it will take two weeks. Every time I phoned they told me they are waiting for the supplier of the axels. After hundreds of phonecalls, promises of delivery of my trailer and ever getting Martinus Koekemoer from Beeld to get an answer out of them, they promised to deliver my trailer by 13-12-2013.After more phone calls and emails I still do not have a trailer and still no answer of where it is. They do not even reply on the mails that was sent out. If this is how you can take customers money and not deliver it is time to expose you to the public and maybe they will think twice before ordering anything from you! It is now two months instead of two weeks and still no traile
