We had to urgently rent a car trailer to help friends of ours who had an accident in Middelburg. After searching on the internet for trailer hire companies in our area, I located 3 of which mafuta trailers was the only one to respond to my email regarding prices on car trailer rental. This guy, Dana sounded very friendly over the phone when we spoke to get directions. even when my husband went to collect the trailer he was very helpful. But boy were we in for a nasty surprise when my husband took the trailer back. This guy was rude, refused to give our deposit back and accusing my husband of all sorts of stuff. I will never ever recommend mafuta trailer rental to anyone.
