We hired a one way trailer from George to Cape Town and paid a R300 deposit. When we returned the trailer the guy came over very quickly with a bad attitude and found a small dent on the back and accused us of reversing the trailer into something. The tiny dent was obviously old as it had rust around it. He refused to give us our deposit back and was very rude. We would have admitted damaging it if we had, it is the principal of the matter. We were planning to hire another trailer next week but we definitely won't use this company again.
