I was getting email stating i have won cellphone but only need to pay freight of R24.00.When i pay the freight there was no way state i had to pay gold membership fees which was taken of my bank account of R550.00
When i ask them they said its state in the term of condition, which i had problem getting it. Then call centre said i must cancel will refund my money. This lady Maryluz said i been using the auction on day basic will not been any refund. I then ask for my phone and ask me to send my ID and full the credit card form which i did. Now tell me the 14 days promotional gift offer (no phone or payment refund)
