MY MOM BOUGHT A ROOM DIVIDER LAST YEAR AND IT WAS DELIVERED @ AUGUST 2012. UPON OPENING THE PACKAGE IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT ONE SECTION WAS DAMAGED AND THE GLASS BROKEN. A SALES PERSON WAS INFORMED AND HOPEFULLY THE BRANCH MANAGER. A PROMISE TO REPLACE WAS MADE SINCE THEN TO REPLACE THE DAMAGED PART AND TILL TODAY NOTHING WAS DELIVERED. SEVERAL CALLS WERE MADE TO TO ENQUIRE ABOUT DELIVERY AND SHE WAS TAKEN FROM PILLAR TO POST, BEING PROMISED THAT THEY WILL DELIVER SOON. SHE IS STILL WAITING AFTER 8 MONTHS AND SHE PAID FULL CASH AND DELIVERY FOR THE PRODUCT.
