The GHD i bought died! Craik understood my anguish and immediately swopped it for a new one, even though i'd lost my receipt. He said he has recods of the transactions and would take care of everything. Craik and his team ROCK. Not only at sales, but after-sales back up too!!! I will remain a loyal client and would recommend his Salon to everyone. Great job guys and thanks for helping me... Even though the Salon was so busy and full of clients, Craik dropped everything to help me out. Thanks Craik, Kammy and Maddy.
