Going the extra mile

I would just like to thank Lourens Lemmer for excellent service and the extra mile that he took for me. I visited A lodge and damage my car " Audi ", the plastic part to protect my engine below was loose and I needed help to fix the problem. Although it wasn't what they normally do, he immediately, said he would help me with the problem. When I wanted to pay he said that I don, t have to pay, it is a pleasure to help. I was turned away from other places who was not willing to help, but Mr Lourens helped me!!!
I would really just want to thank him.
